United Kingdom

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days via Royal Mail.
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days via Royal Mail 24.

United States & Canada

Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days via DHL Express.
Please note: customers in the US and Canada will receive an email to confirm they're happy to cover any applicable customs duties before their order is dispatched. This can cause a slight delay, even though orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Europe

We have temporarily paused deliveries to Europe while we work through new customs and packaging regulations introduced in July 2026. A number of European orders have been returned to us due to unpaid customs charges under the new rules, and we're working to resolve this for our customers — we'll update this page as soon as European shipping resumes.

GCC

Standard Delivery: 5–8 working days via DHL Express.

Customs & Duty Taxes

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Linaziada is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.
