Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

 

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

 

United Kingdom

 

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, Linaziada is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Customs & Duty Taxes

 

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Linaziada is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees and re-delivery costs.
